Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide personalized support to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

Duties:
– Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and tasks
– Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
– Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of management
– Perform duties such as purchasing, data entry, and customer service
– Assist with personal tasks as needed
– Conduct research and compile data for various projects
– Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative Assistant or similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar, excel, and CRMs
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
– Experience in event planning is a plus
– Knowledge of clerical procedures such as proofreading and calendar management
