RedLaw has partnered with a leading US law firm that is seeking an Office Services Assistant to join its London team on a permanent basis. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office services function. Working closely with the Manager of Office Services/Facilities and and the London and New York IT support teams, the successful candidate will play an integral part in delivering high quality office support and facilities services.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and troubleshooting office equipment and printers
Managing the Office Services inbox and coordinating courier and mail services
Supporting meeting room setups, office moves, and new joiner onboarding
Handling copying, scanning, binding, and assisting with large print/data room projects
Ensuring copy points are well-stocked and liaising with vendors for supplies
Coordinating repairs and liaising with building contractors
Managing coffee, water, and vending machine services
Delivering fire safety training to new joiners
Overseeing basement storage and air conditioning service requests
Handling off-site archiving, including sending and retrieving boxes
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar position within a law firm. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
