Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring availability as needed.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
