Canmoor is looking for an Office / Team Assistant to join our London business on a part-time basis.
We are a private property company based in the heart of the West End and we would like to invite candidates with office administration experience to join the team.
Duties include:
Managing the reception area of the office, meeting and greeting visitors
Reporting to the office manager, supporting the office function and rest of the team in ad-hoc tasks
Managing the diaries of the team – booking meetings and events
Assisting in the processing of invoices and liaising with external suppliers
Writing copy for the website, creating engaging content for social media.
Supporting on campaigns and events
Responsible for creating presentations that are impeccably formatted to send to external clients
Who we are looking for:

•        Excellent Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills
•        A keen eye for detail
•        Excellent communication skills
•        Creative / capable of writing engaging copy for our social channels
•        Exceptionally organised and capable of balancing several tasks and managing time productively
•        Previous experience of working in an office environment
•        Knowledge of commercial property is a plus but not essential
•        A friendly person with a positive attitude
(3 days per week, hours are 8-5 or 9-6, plus cover of the office manager’s annual leave; so some flexibility is essential)
