Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations in our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical duties, maintain documentation, and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff members in a professional manner

Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails

Manage office supplies and inventory

Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Support data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and task completion

Maintain a clean and orderly office environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
