– Performing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, organizing filing cabinets.

– Maintaining files, documents and paperwork

– Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

– Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

– Agency filing as per supervisor’s instruction

– Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

– Managing databases and filing systems

– Printing, Scanning and Saving soft copies in the designated folders

– Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

– Miscellaneous office admin tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the work-type, urgency and business needs.

– Should be able to do time-management and completing tasks within the assigned deadlines.
