We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The tasks of the office administrator will

Include but not limited to bookkeeping, sales administration, operation knowledge and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company office and contributes in driving sustainable growth. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

ï‚· Coordinate office and sales administration and operational activities to secure efficiency

and compliance to company policies and objectives

ï‚· Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

ï‚· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

ï‚· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

ï‚· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

ï‚· Track stocks of office and shop supplies and place orders when necessary

ï‚· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

ï‚· Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

ï‚· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

ï‚· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

ï‚· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

ï‚· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

ï‚· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

ï‚· College Degree preferred; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

ï‚· Good communication and sales skills required

ï‚· Must work well unsupervised and accountable for their work.

Office Responsible

We are looking for a reliable Office Responsible.

The tasks of the office responsible include overseeing daily activities, managing human

and material resources, planning and coordinating internal operativity, as well as

managing office supplies and equipment; they will have expertise in bookkeeping, sales

administration, operation knowledge. They will undertake administrative tasks, working

in team and providing an adequate support to develop the Company efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office responsible ensures smooth

running of our company office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

ï‚· Be in direct contact with and refer to the Management constantly

ï‚· Assist office and sales administration and operational activities to secure

efficiency and compliance to company policies and objectives

ï‚· Support administrative staff and synchronize responsibilities to ensure

performance

ï‚· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

ï‚· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

ï‚· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

ï‚· Track stocks of office and shop supplies and place orders when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
