Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends free
Pay Range: $19.50 – $31.00 hourly
Location: Orlando, FL
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company documents.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
