Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing clerical support, managing payroll and company financial administration. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring effective communication across all channels.
Utilize Microsoft Office to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
Provide weekly payroll duties from approved time sheets and ADP Run.
QuickBooks data entry for all job and company costs.
Assist with Applications for Payment and Construction Cost Management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience with Construction Administration is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
