In need of someone to help with general office duties working with files, billing, and setting up jobs. Quick Books experience is very helpful. This is a part-time position to start with the potential for full-time in the future. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented and has a great attitude. A flexible schedule requiring about 15 to 20 hours per week is available.
Responsibilities
Working in the office to ensure that needed functions are completed to allow for a smooth flow of work through the business.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Quick Books experience is also highly desirable.
Additional Information
A flexible schedule can be arranged with a few hours a day, totaling up to 20 hours per week.
