Cryomax USA Inc is a fast-growing multinational company, is now seeking a responsible office assistant to support our sales team. We are looking for a dependable, self-starter with the ability to work with others and independently, take direction and complete tasks based on aggressive deadlines. Our ideal employee will have high attention to detail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General office duties (filing, data entry, report, photocopying, faxing, E-mailing, etc.)

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Pursues new business opportunities through an aggressive cold calling effort.

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotations.

Services existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

Generate reports, spreadsheets, price lists, and product offerings.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.

Provide assistance to all sales and accounting channels as needed and requested.

Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.

Take charge of special projects as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel.

Participate in marketing events such as vendor shows, AAPEX shows.

Follow-up for collection of payment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in spoken English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance or a related field preferred.

Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills including the ability to quickly assess needs respond and thrive with limited direction.

Strong team building and client service skills with demonstrated problem-solving capability.

Detail-oriented and is able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Advanced proficiency in all MS Office applications.

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Aggressive and motivated.
