We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling appointments and managing communications.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Jonas Chorum is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
