Position Overview
Office Assistant will provide administrative support to Andrew Sweet, VP, Innovation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to filing expense reports, scheduling meetings, booking travel and updating calendars. Previous experience using SAP Concur to file expense reports preferred.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesScope, Knowledge, and Expertise / Project Management and Grant-making
Support and perform the administrative and office-related tasks of the Foundation.
Take direction and execute based on guidance received.
Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to the team.
General knowledge of the organization.

No supervisory responsibilities.
Provide thoughtful feedback to colleagues and act on feedback received

Interacts with guests and leaders upon arrival.
Professionally works with other staff when necessary.
Education, Experience, and SkillsGenerally expected to have 2 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma preferred.
