Title: Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, support HR and finance tasks, and assist with company compliance processes, support HR and finance tasks, and assist with company compliance processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain office cleanliness, stock supplies, and oversee office upkeep.
Manage office logistics, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Process reimbursements and handle basic financial documentation.
Help with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR records.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
Assist with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
Support company licensing and ensure government compliance is up to date.
Stay informed about UAE labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in office administration, HR, or finance is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Knowledge of UAE visa processes and government compliance is a bonus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
