Responsibilities will include facilitating communication between departments, and managing a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
Research and create presentations (lifestyle: shops, hotels, restaurants, travel, luxury good, etc)
Ensure that all office equipment (printers, shredders, etc) are in order
Admin support (filing, printing, scanning, etc)
Assisting with organising office events and birthdays
Assisting Project Coordinators with
maintaining good working relationship with suppliers of luxury goods and services
luxury shopping
luxury travel arrangements
other concierge services
Qualifications
Higher education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work, even under pressure
Accuracy and reliability, attention to details
Tact and diplomacy
Flexibility and commitment
Experience in travel agency would be a bonus
