We are hiring an Office Assistant for a contract position in Washington DC. This is a great opportunity for Filipinos or foreigners looking for a job with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phones
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare documents and reports as needed
  • Communicate with clients and other team members effectively
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
  • Must be able to work independently without accommodation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino or other languages
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary

$1700 per month

Location

This position is based in Washington DC but can also be done remotely if preferred by the candidate.

Contract Duration

This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
