Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Work with clients to identify needs and assist in product or needs.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication with clients.
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Support other team members with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with clients.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Organizational skills to maintain an efficient office environment.
Experience as a personal assistant or in office management is advantageous.
Familiarity with landscaping and hardscaping is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
