Position Description –
The client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary with strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
5 years of continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant.
Excellent typing skills (at least 55 wpm), with shorthand being desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and oral English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Managing complex calendars and schedules.
Arranging travel plans, visas, and handling expenses.
Assisting in meetings by taking minutes and preparing agendas.
Handling confidential administrative tasks.
Drafting, editing, and reviewing correspondence.
Compiling reports and presentations.
Performing office management and other secretarial duties as needed.
