**Key Responsibilities:**

**Bookkeeping:** Generate quotes and invoices, manage and input invoices and receipts, and aged debtors.

**Customer Interaction:** Handle roofing enquiries, both over the phone and via email, maintaining high levels of customer service.

**Reporting:** Complete monthly reports including cost analysis and provide these reports to the company director.

**Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the estimator and contracts manager, arranging appointments and meetings with clients ensuring smooth operation and coordination.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

– Experience in an office or corporate environment.

– Proficiency in bookkeeping platforms preferably Xero.

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

– Experience in customer service/ Client management.

– Ability to work independently and take initiative.

– Strong problem-solving capabilities.

– Proactive approach to the demands of the business.

– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management

**Position Details:**

This is an office based role, to support the business and the estimator and at times the company director.

**Remuneration:** Competitive, dependent on experience.

**Working Hours:** Mon- Fri 9-5pm

**Location:** This is an in-office position.
