Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in the office environment.
Duties
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Conduct basic proofreading of documents and correspondence
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
Skills
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for this role
Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
