Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

day-to-day running of the office
provision of administrative support to the President
limited staff management
accounts management
payroll
production of monthly reports
some marketing duties
answering of phones
Submit Financing Approval for Customer
Working with our newly implement CRM platform that automates ads and coorespondence w/ customers.
other ad hoc duties as requested
You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office.

This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions for the best interest of the company. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You also need to have great leadership skills and be able to take charge of either a situation or a decision.

You will need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills. Our team is like a big family – if you like this type of atmosphere, this may be the position for you!

This position is also responsible for reaching out to new, potential customers and requesting to be on their purchasing bid list. This part of the position can result in a relatively significant commission.

Applicants must have:

experience with QuickBooks packages and be proficient in processing payroll
extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including semi-advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
the ability to switch into retail sales mode as our retail sales team often needs backup on very busy days
a positive attitude
excel in organization and keeping all business processes running smoothly.
