Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support including data entry, order entry, calendar management, and service scheduling.
– Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy.
– Coordinate and assist in event planning and execution.
– Manage phone systems, directing calls, and taking messages.
– Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
– Support office staff with various tasks as needed.

Experience:

– Prior experience in property managment or commercial real estate is ideal.
– Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Familiarity with calendar management software.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
