Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls, emails and other written communications promptly.
– Designing and implementing essential organizational systems.
– Keep records of meeting notes and agendas and other key documents.
– Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
– Assist in employee orientation and training to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient sales team.
– Performing general office duties and errands.
– Recording information as needed.

Requirements:
– Thorough understanding of office procedures.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Basic math skills for inventory management.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
– Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries and taking orders.
