Responsibilities*
Supporting Pharmacy administrative needs at Michigan Medicine Specialty Pharmacy
Triage phone and email inquiries
Conference room scheduling
Ordering and putting away supplies
Sorting and distributing mail
Create/maintain blue folders
Assist with licensure validation for staff
Ordering and maintaining supplies, including equipment requests
Prepare receipts for deposits as needed
Exhibit excellent customer service
Demonstrate initiative, independent judgement, attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize work
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Qualifications*
High school diploma and 4+ years administrative experience (Senior Level). 2-4 years administrative experience (Intermediate Level)
Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to compose professional correspondence
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:00p

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
