Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and memos, ensuring timely responses.
Assist in billing therapy appointments and following up on any claims issues.
Support the office management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
