Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with our clients
Duties:
– Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
– Develop and implement office policies and procedures
– Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and log information for client portal.
– Log all onsite measurement data to our business portals
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
– Maintain records and files in an organized manner
– maintaining relationships with our clients. Be personable.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Experience in supervising staff members
– Knowledge of training development techniques is a plus
