Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-driven professional who has the potential to grow with the company. This position is a crucial member of our operations support team. The primary responsibility is to provide vital support to the field team, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of renovations for multi-family units tailored to each customer’s specifications. This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, ultimately influencing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Project Oversight: Oversee the progress of each property unit from pre-walk to final walk-off, acting as the control tower. Detail monitoring and maintain timely communication with both the internal team and customers throughout the entire renovation process.
Change Order Approvals – In cases where unit renovation requires out-of-scope work, your role is to gather detailed information from the field team regarding job details and costs. Once ready, you will be responsible for drafting Change Orders and submitting them to the customer. Once approved/rejected, communicate the decision back to the field team, guiding them on whether to take on the work or let 3 party handle.
Material Procurement – Manage material procurement for each renovation, overseeing the timely delivery of essential items such as flooring, appliances, and other necessary materials to each unit in a staged manner. Your responsibility is to ensure a seamless and on-time delivery of materials for the successful progression of each project. You’ll enter POs in QuickBooks and monitor payment to each vendor supporting Accounting Payable team. This will require thorough and accurate communication both with vendors and field team.
Record keeping – Monitor and update Gosource app that tracks each project and update status and supplementary documents as needed.
Customer Reporting – Provide weekly or bi-weekly updates to customers, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
Site visit – You’ll need to visit job sites when necessary, such as assessing the status of unit progress, obtain details of change order, and visit vendors as needed.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
High attention to detail and organization.
Experience in construction is not mandatory but preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
