Position Overview
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Wildland Fire Management Division, seeks a positive, team-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills for the non-permanent Office Assistant 3 (OA3) position. Responsibilities include providing support, coordinating staff travel, and following office procedures.

Reception and answering multi-line phones
Clerical support tasks
Travel arrangements
Data entry
Reviewing reimbursement documents
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn department programs and communicate professionally with the public and staff
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice
Additional Requirements
Office setting with occasional warehouse or hangar environment
Travel within Thurston County and possibly beyond
