该职位来源于猎聘 Office Assistant, Shanghai (We only receive English CV) We are looking for a service-minded and proactive Office Assistant for our office in Shanghai to take on an exciting all-around role. Job description In this role, you will be the go-to person in our office, which currently consist of four colleagues. The office worksin close cooperation with the two other offices in Asia, Vietnam and Singapore, on a daily basis.

It is important that you are motivated by an all-round role which connects all dots and make sure that the office runs smoothly in all aspects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the office looks its absolute best to the finest detail at any time, and you will be the first face and voice of our Shanghai office. Thus, your biggest responsibility is to ensure best-in-class service and make sure that all guests and customers get a professional and warm experience every time they visit Monjasa. To fulfil this position, it is also important that you thrive in a dynamic and multinational culture. It is imperative that you enjoy helping other people, are a good team player and are willing to go the extra mile when needed. As part of your onboarding, you will be undergoing Office Administration training with your reporting manager to get a thorough introduction to the job. Areas of focus

First point of contact including answering and forwarding of phone calls

Coordinating office interior decor and maintenance

Prepare breakfast and host catering during the day

Travel Coordination

Coordination of internal meetings

Procurement of office stationery and refreshments

Administration and coordination of daily catering and cleaning services

Event coordination

Procurement of office stationery and refreshments

Work closely with Singapore and Vietnam teams

Assist the Trading departments on ad hoc tasks

Ad hoc tasks Your professional skills

1-2 years of experience within the field of administration or customer service

Experienced user of Microsoft Office

Fluent in both written and verbal English as this role requires to work with international colleagues Your personal skills

Positive and with a can-do attitude

Keen sense of detail

Good social skills and enjoys helping other people

Solid organisational and time management skills
