Job Overview
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO and to assist in the success of a new state energy program. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will involve managing calendars, emails, coordinating events, and facilitating communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Manage CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support including correspondence with customers and occasional visits in the field. (Company vehicle is provided with position)
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide project management of company energy efficiency program.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: $55,885.00 – $60,290.00 per year
