A Japanese food manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support shipping and office operations.

This position starts as a part-time temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position.

Work Schedule

Part-Time (During Temp Period)

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Full-Time (After Hire)

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and data entry
  • Support shipping and ordering operations
  • Handle import-related documentation and data management
  • Organize office files and maintain records
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Potential customer service support depending on experience and adaptability

Qualifications

  • Fluent Japanese required (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
