Industry’s most reputable Foundation Construction company seeking another Office Administrator to join our Team. Full-time Salaried Office Position.
Responsibilities/ Duties and Position skill requirements:
· Prior Experience: Must have prior experience in an office setting. Customer service, phone calls, computer literacy, secretarial tasks, data entry, etc.
· Problem Solving skills with solution-oriented attitude.
· Keep up with a fast-paced workflow, high-volume environment, multitasking under pressure and improvising effectively.
· Teamwork makes the Dream work! Team oriented mindset, work well with fellow associates helping one another achieve tasks and goals.
· Manage daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, scheduling client appointments, basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, billing, etc.
· Processing project documentation, folders, contracts, permits, payments, etc.
· Provide excellent customer service and support to clients professionally, maintaining the company’s highest standards and reputation.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
