Green Window Cleaning Services is growing and looking for enthusiastic office professionals to join the team in our Sun Prairie, WI office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the organization and the efficiency of daily office operations in a service company. From managing Accounts Payables, bookkeeping, budgeting to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Additional hours can be added as tasks are mastered and additional tasks are added to the role.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable including forecasting and report generation-help as needed
Accounts Receivable including forecasting and report generation-help as needed
Budget Creation, Management, and Measurement
Following, fine tuning and creating Standard Operating Processes
Training and supervision of additional support staff as needed
Additional duties will be assigned as tasks are mastered
Skillset Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Experience working in Quickbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
