As a member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our credit union. Whether working remotely or in our office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our members and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional administrative support to all departments within the credit union.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from members and potential members.
Serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing superior customer service and building strong relationships.
Process and maintain member account information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Keep records and files organized and up-to-date.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate departments.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, as needed.
Support the marketing department with promotional materials and events.
Conduct research and gather data for various projects as assigned.
Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred.
2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with database management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in a credit union or financial institution is a plus.
