Job DescriptionIES Residential is seeking an Office Clerk to join our team.
Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging, and data collection
Excellent time-management skills
Outgoing
Sense of Humor
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year MS Excel experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
