Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in maintaining an efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
– Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
– Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
– Provide customer service support to clients and visitors
– Assist with data entry tasks and maintaining electronic files
– Support office management in various administrative duties

Qualifications:

– Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
– Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer service interactions
– Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus
– Knowledge of basic office management procedures
– Ability to type accurately and efficiently
