Job Responsibility
Proofread and edit copies to be distributed internally and externally
Edit and/or write copies for greater clarity, including but not limited to letters, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to produce quality copies
Plan and coordinate corporate communications activities
Ensure assigned tasks/projects are completed before deadline
Develop, manage, and update content on the corporate website, where necessary
Monitor adherence to corporate brand guidelines
Assist and support the Department in the execution of sustainability initiatives
Coordinate sustainability efforts to enhance GDEX’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities to Compile data for the annual corporate sustainability report
Be updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the Department
Job Requirements
Candidates with 1-2 years experience are preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications, Sustainability, or other related fields
High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, and fluency in written Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
Team player, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
