Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office by providing essential administrative support to various departments. You will be responsible for managing a range of tasks that facilitate effective communication, record-keeping, and information flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain and organize files and documents, both electronic and paper

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Prepare and submit reports as required by management

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus

Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
