Texas Spine Center Chiropractic is a family-owned chiropractic practice seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and personable Office Coordinator who can assist the doctor in our office in Carrollton, TX. As an Office Coordinator, you will help the doctor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. We are seeking an experienced full-time Office Coordinator.

FULL-TIME POSITION:

Approximately 30-35 hours/week, may vary depending on need
Pay starts at $15/hr, negotiable based on experience

OFFICE SCHEDULE:

Our office currently sees patients from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday. We are looking to begin opening at 7:00 AM.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to multitask and work efficiently
Possess great communication skills
Professional, personable, and friendly to conduct excellent patient care
Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player
Dedication to high-quality service
Must have previous experience with ChiroTouch EHR software
Must have previous experience in medical office working one-on-one with patients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the doctor with patient intake, scribing notes, treatment plans, various exercises, and therapies
Ability to educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic treatment and therapies
Work the Front Desk (Check-in, check-out, schedule appointments, collect payments)
Scanning patient documentation
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Data entry for patient visit charges and payments
General office upkeep/cleaning
Various other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma
Must have 2+ years of experience in a medical office – Chiropractic/PT experience preferred
5+ years of customer service experience is required
1+ years of experience in insurance and billing is required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Must be proficient in ChiroTouch EHR software
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
