We are looking for our newest team member who is passionate about providing great customer service, has experience in administration, and thrives with a diversity of tasks in their role.

Your role with Alf

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Alf the Label based in our office in Fremantle, Western Australia. This flexible role for15-20hrs hours per weekand would be well suited to someone who is looking for work around school hours, up to 4 days per week.

You will be working closely with our Operations Coordinator and reporting directly to management, assisting departments across the business with tasks including but not limited to:

Manage inbound and outbound customer support queries through our customer service platform (Gorgias) in a professional and timely manner.

Liaise directly with customers through phone, email/Gorgias, Facebook, Instagram and Live Chat.

Resolve customer concerns, exchanges and returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, striving to find a solution which is fair to both the customer and the business.

Use our Inventory Management System to cross check orders and addresses, and liaise with our 3PL in Sydney to troubleshoot any prior to releasing orders for dispatch.

Prepare WA orders to dispatch from Fremantle HQ, deliver orders to the local post office and collect returns.

Assist with bank reconciliation and month end processes and activities in Xero.

Manage customer orders within Shopify.

Provide Executive Assistant services to our CEO and General Manager, helping to streamline their workflow and daily tasks.

Provide support for our Wholesale Coordinator.

Other adhoc and office admin tasks as required.

About you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Organised with a high attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multitask;

An enthusiastic bubbly nature and willingness to learn;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Xero and Shopify and is also desirable.

The ability to be agile and think innovatively.
