What you’ll do: you’ll provide front-desk hospitality and reception services. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Answer and route incoming main line phone calls. Manage office hospitality functions, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating vendor deliveries and managing office facilities, and providing light administrative support as needed. You’ll be part of a small and super friendly and warm administrative team. As your bandwidth and interests allow, there will be opportunity to take on projects and evolve aspects of the role to meet your interests, beyond the basics.

About you: you embrace being full time in office and can be relied upon to keep structured 9-5 hours, Mondays through Fridays. You have a friendly persona and will thrive as the face and voice of the organization and you have some relevant reception experience. You’re looking for a long-term work “home.” You’re interested in gradually expanding your administrative capabilities and wealth management industry knowledge. Office is not easily accessible by public transportation, so you should have a car!
