As our Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. You will be the central point of contact and provide vital support to our managers, supervisors, and the wider team. Responsibilities:

Calendar Management & Scheduling
Meeting Coordination
Expense Management
General Administrative Support:
Point of Contact for staff and stakeholders
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with administrative colleagues, internal teams, and external vendors.
Work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment while handling confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team goals.
Manage all activities related to the maintenance of company facilities, office equipment, and systems, either through personal initiation or by coordinating with external vendors.
Coordinate office services and related activities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Customer Service
Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including punctuality and consistent attendance.
Avoid any activity that could negatively impact the company’s brand and public image.
Take responsibility for arranging internal office moves and coordinating logistics for office meetings.
Consistently meet all company standards for safety, service, and productivity results.
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery of services.
Follow all policies and Company Core Values by actively participating in the STARS recognition program.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operational needs of the company.
Meet all Company Core Values: Service, Trust, Accountability, Respect, Safety (STARS) in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an operations-focused environment, is a big plus.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Tower or similar operational management software is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
