Product Data Entry Specialist

The Housewares team produces high quality, high quantity of product data entered with accuracy, allowing the continuing growth in the e-commerce industry. Product Data Entry Specialist will be supporting the housewares department and working with many of the largest retailers in the USA and Canada. That’s why we’re proud to have some of the most skilled experts on our team. We’d like to add a highly qualified product data entry specialist to support the daily operations of the team. The ideal candidate has a natural aptitude for computers, detailed oriented, proven knowledge of MS Excel, WPM 50 plus, etc.

Product Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Verify product data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Skills

Proven experience as product data entry clerk
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English both oral and written
Great attention to detail

Hourly: $15 – $20 DOE

Schedule:

4 hour shift 8 am -12 pm
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Education:

Associate Degree or higher

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 3 years
