Job Description:
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
Managing office supplies and inventory
Assisting with payroll processing
Handling basic HR duties, such as employee onboarding paperwork
Providing general administrative support to the team
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
