3D Physical Therapy is a privately-owned, outpatient clinic in Dallas. We are looking for an experienced front office coordinator who can also assist with some back-office duties. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of providing 5-star quality service.

Qualifications:
2 years front office experience
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), email, faxing, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate within a very fast paced clinic
Excellent problem-solving and math computation skills
Successfully work independently with little supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
Greeting patients, answering phones, communicating with physicians, and insurance companies
Entering patient demographics and scheduling patients in EMR system
Collecting and posting payments (deductibles, coinsurance, and co-pays)
Performing insurance authorizations and explaining benefits to patients
Organizing patient records, chart preparation, and filing
Putting together and submitting daily bank deposit
Providing other administrative support to the clinic director, office manager, and clinical staff
