Key Responsibilities for the Job:
Client services
Answering and fielding client requests and orders
General office administration (phones, email, mail, etc.)
Daily bookkeeping support (AP/AR, etc.)
Ensuring office functions are running efficiently
Ordering office supplies
Database management
Other duties as required
Skills & Attributes for Success:
Post-secondary education in business or accounting at the college or university level
2 – 4+ years’ experience in a similar multifaceted role
Small business bookkeeping or Office Manager experience is a considerable asset
Professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Motivated and ability to take initiative
Superior attention to detail
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Efficient in both an independent environment and as part of a team
