Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Coordinator to support our President and assist in the smooth functioning of our office operations. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient communication within the company. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are continuously expanding our operations and seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.

– Utilize Gmail, Google Voice, and Google Drive proficiently to streamline communication and document management processes. Must be well-versed in Google Suite, including creating and managing email addresses and Google Voice numbers.

– Organize both physical and electronic files to maintain a structured and accessible filing system.

– Act as the point of contact for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs.

– Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.

– Generate shipping labels for outgoing packages and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

– Manage online orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.

– Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures or tools to enhance office efficiency.

– Run background checks as needed for hiring processes and other purposes.

– Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in office coordination or administrative support roles.

– Proficiency in Gmail, Google Voice, Google Drive, and Google Suite.

– Experience in creating and managing email addresses, Google Voice numbers, and running background checks.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

– Hands-on approach with a willingness to adapt and learn new tasks.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

– Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and collaboration.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
