Rate:$32/hr.

– $37/hr. (DOE)

Location:On-site in Austin, TX

Duration:Mon – Friday 9 to 5pm/5:30pm, ongoing contract with potential to convert for the right fit!

Our client is in search for an Office Coordinator to join their team! This is an on-site role. This company is growing and they are looking for someone to assist with events and office duties.

The primary responsibilities for this Office Coordinator role are:

– Ensuring that when people arrive, they are met withprofessionalism

– Must be on top of supply stocking and working with vendors to place orders

– Facilities management/operations to ensure building maintenance is kept up with

– Be engaging and professional

– Looking for someone that is able to take on more as the company grows

– Coordinate aspects of local event planning and execution

– Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events

– Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and guest management to ensure a positive experience for all attendees

The ideal Office Coordinator has:

– Ideally some facilities management/operations experience

– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment

– Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors

-Flexibilityto work evenings

– Experience with Service Now is a plus but not a requirement
