Join Our Team as a Back Office Administrator!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our dynamic back-office departments? We’re looking for a Back Office Admin to join our team and help us excel in HR, Accounting, and firm administration. This position is 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in office.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with firm employee events.
Coordinate HB Volunteer days.
Assist with employee timecard questions and corrections.
Assist with the coordination of the Summer Associate Intern Program.
Maintain an organized record of all season tickets for availability and usage.
Provide HR clerical support, new hire orientations, firm reporting, tracking, communications.
Assist with back-office requests
Handle attorney licensing registration.

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
