Human Resources

Prepare new hire and termination paperwork.

Update employee data internally and with insurance vendors and 401K Vendor.

Update employee manual in accordance with new laws.

Prepare other paperwork related to employees.

Accounting

Assists in Accounts Payable.

File and other Clerical duties.

Other

Collects and prepares information for presentations.

Maintain a calendar, schedule appointments, answers and screens phone calls.

Opens and routes incoming mail.

Requirements

Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalency AND Four (4) years of increasingly responsible clerical, technical or administrative experience which includes two (2) years of experience in a human resources environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
